40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

"Bybee's Nest 2", a basement apartment of our home, can be your "home-away-from- home" as you experience the majesty and beauty of Bryce Canyon National Park and other nearby wonders. It's located at the base of Bryce Canyon in the small town of Tropic, Utah just off Scenic Byway 12. The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

Come stay in your own private cottage located in the heart of Panguitch City! Stationed on Main street, you are within walking distance of Grocery Stores, Restaurants, and Tourist Shops throughout Panguitch. Conveniently located, only 30 min to Bryce Canyon, 50 min to Brian Head Ski Resort, & 1 hr to Zions! With self check-in you can come and go anytime you please. There is free parking right outside the cottage. This cottage gives freedom to match any of your unique adventures!

Hilltop Cottage

The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. Little Desert Escapes

Relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing in our newly renovated house. Located on the quiet street of Griffin Lane. Our central air will keep you cool and comfortable while you cook dinner in our fully furnished kitchen or you may use the BBQ on the back patio. After dinner you can hang out around the fire pit in the backyard roasting marshmallows, play one of many board games available, or just chill and watch TV in the living room or one of our comfortable bedrooms.

Southwest Retreat

The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!

The Little House

The modern conveniences of The Little House sharply contrast the old-fashioned construction. Original rough sawn ceiling joist are exposed, with the builder's layout marks clearly visible on the ceiling highlight the main living area where you can relax on the sofa. Along with the flat-screen TV, scorching fast 1 gigabit per second fiber internet (1000 Mbps) is available for streaming.
