3 room, duplex stone cottage, with lawn and ample parking. Pristine environment, pure air, peace and serenity. An ancestral home refurbished with contemporary amenities, in Taliya village on the verdant, rolling hills of Kotabagh, Nainital. Base camp for the locally-popular Titeshwari Trek (3hrs to summit). Jim Corbett, Nainital, Bhimtal, Sattal are at a comfortable driving distance. 2 seasonal rivers flow nearby. Simple home-cooked meals available. 5hrs drive from NCR. Caretaker lives nearby.

We have loved creating this space - with some elements which only make sense in dreams - after all... ZNMD ! It's a bit filmy (read LOTR inspired elements), a little rough around the edges (aren't we all) and perpetually a work in progress 😊 10mins from Bhimtal - two bedrooms with lofts, comfortable living space, kitchenette, large sit out space and the beauty of nature all around! And yes - very poor cell coverage. The sound of the stream is a constant companion and deer sometimes visit !

My house is 20 kms ahead of the the Dhangari gate of Corbett National Park, Uttrakhand, on the Betalghat road, above the village Kyari. Our bungalow has a panoramic view of the forest surrounding it and allows you to experience the wild. You’ll love my place because of its location, contemporary design, native architecture and the solitude it offers. A must visit for bird watchers, naturalists and wildlife enthusiasts.
