Nearby plenty of grocery stores, a forest area with a lake is a short walk away. Excellent public transport lines to the center. Car parking in the area is free.

The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.

Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.

There will be no other guests, as we rent out only this house in property. You can have sauna with cold water tub, can enjoy walks in nature and many more activities. Apartment is on the ground floor (super easy with luggage) has a nice little garden just for your own, private use.
