The spacious terrace of the house offers unlimited sea views and a unique view of the sunrise, directly exposed to the summer breeze and the waves of the sea, giving the feeling that the visitor is literally on the deck of a boat!

This cozy guest house is located near all the popular beaches of the wider area and the village of Saint Peter as well (car needed). Private, spacious yard where you can relax and enjoy the cycladic sea view. Taste the amazing, local food to the villages around the area and discover further activities like trecking or wind surfing.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

Για σας που ονειρεύεστε ήρεμες διακοπές και θέλετε να χαρείτε τον ήλιο και τη θάλασσα δίπλα σας το ByTheSea είναι το ιδανικό σπίτι . Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 2-3 άτομα. Από το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι μπορείτε να απολαύσετε ειδυλλιακά ηλιοβασιλέματα. Το σπίτι απέχει 100 μέτρα από την παραλία Κούρταλη και 500 μέτρα από την απάνεμη παραλία του Φελλού.
