Many outlets are equipped with a USB connection so that charging of electronic devices is possible anywhere in the studio. The modern 2 person box-spring bed has a built-in adjustable color lighting in the headboard so that you can determine your own atmosphere in the room.

Panoramic windows face the Park, jugendstil ceilings reach nearly four metres high, black marble fireplaces sit on the original oak floor, and imposing sliding doors divide the front and the back rooms. Here you can fully appreciate the pleasant and authentic feel of this magnificent house.
