The perfect studio apartment for a beach holiday or stop over on a tour of the South West. Incredible views of the Indian Ocean, where dolphins and whales can be spotted if you are fortunate! Comfort, cleanliness and beauty are my priorities in creating the right environment for the perfect holiday. I provide all linens, towels, toiletries, a selection of breads and jams, cereals, fresh milk, teas and coffee. 4 mins drive to CBD, 7 mins to dolphin discovery centre and 10mins to Farmers Market.

Beautifully renovated unit sitituated in the heart of Capel. Three large size bedrooms with queen beds, spacious bathroom and laundry, large living room, and modern kitchen. Shared alfresco area with BBQ, garden, grassed area and secure parking. Cooling and heating are supplied by a brand new reverse cycle airconditioning unit. Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. The Apartment is 2.5 hours from Perth, just 50 meters from the Ocean and beach, with only a walk/bike path separating the two, there's nothing CLOSER! It is the perfect location to explore WA's beautiful South West Region which includes Margaret River, Augusta and lots of beautiful small towns. Studio 4 is a modern, open plan, fully equipped apartment situated in the heart of town and only a minutes walk to the main street. The Studio has North facing concertina doors that open up the entire space, bringing the outside inside and where you can relax on the balcony. The Studio has two bedrooms both with queen beds, two bathrooms with their own toilets and the main bathroom has a spa bath. There are two small flights of stairs one with 7 steps and the other with 10 steps.

Shiraz Studio - Margaret River - town centre

Shiraz Studio offers you a central location to relax or make the most of your Margaret River holiday. All within walking distance are forest walks, the main street and the mountain bike trails are close by. You’ll see the famous karri trees of the south west across the road from your accommodation. This is a peaceful space for a solo stay or couples getaway. You’ll have your own parking and lockup courtyard. Shiraz Studio is a great option when visiting the Margaret River region.
