Updated studio in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country, with one-of-a-kind views of Seneca Lake and vineyards from a gorgeous lawn. Modern farmhouse inspired decor, luxury linens, an adorable kitchenette, this is the perfect stay for visitors looking to explore the Finger lakes. Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

Enjoy the beautiful sunset views while grilling outside on the covered back patio, or from the great room- which has full windows providing a stunning view even on the chilliest of nights!

This four-season get-a-away sits directly on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and is ready for your weekend vineyard adventure. The 171' feet of private lakefront is the quintessential summer escape or fall foliage photo vista. The home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and can easily sleep ten comfortably. The downstairs game room is designed with the kids in mind. The great room has a beautiful natural stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a great day on the Lake.

Penn Yan/Keuka Lake/Wine Trail, Outlet Trail Cabin

2016 Cabin borders the Keuka Lake Outlet/Trail. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that runs from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The Outlet trail is a 6+ mile walking/biking trail with great views, waterfalls, etc. Cabin has heat/A.C, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, USB charging outlets for cell phones. Outdoor cook grill and fire pits for campfires. If more sleeping capacity is needed let us know ahead and we can park our camper there for you (added fee)

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on the property, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay.
