Lakeview Cottage with Private Beach Access

Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Newly renovated 1 BDR cottage with fully equipped kitchen, within a short walk to all GOTL has to offer. "Da Lake" is 1 of 3 cottages on our mostly private slice of GOTL. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee, enjoy the morning sun through the large sliding glass door or outside on the patio. Catch a shuttle at The Lodge to visit wineries or a gorgeous sunset at the lakefront trail. Just a short walk to the famous "Strip" but away from the noise. Relax, refresh, and just have fun @ "Da Lake."

Only a short walk to the heart of the GOTL Strip, this spacious, 2 bedroom home sleeps 8 and will almost certainly be the best bang for your buck! Sitting on an acre of property, you’ll have the room and solitude many other properties in Geneva don’t offer. The private wood-lined backyard provides a peaceful spot to enjoy a small fire under the stars. Or bring your clubs and hit the links at the course just beyond our woods!

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.
