Sunshine Lodge is in beautiful Georgetown, FL. Fully furnished 3 bedroom 1.5 bath ,fenced in yard. WiFi, towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner included. Features a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill and fire pit with outside covered area and picnic table. Three (3) day minimum. Two Pets with deposit, no smoking allowed. Seasonal renters welcome. $125 per night, $100 cleaning fee plus taxes. Pontoon boat rental nearby . Close to Marina, Lake George, St. Johns River. Very remote area.
