The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Az Erkel Apartman, egy igényesen felújított 4 fő befogadására alkalmas szálláshely. A város szíve csupán 5 percnyi sétával elérhető. Csendes, nyugodt kis utcában található, egész napos ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel. A konyha, étkező szép világos, kellemes látványt és hangulatot áraszt. Hűtő, mikró és főzéshez szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt. Sütési és mosási lehetőség nincs. Remek borvidékünk gazdag programokat kínál a vendégeink számára. Az apartman nem dohányzó. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
