The place is good with good neighborhood so accessible with a lake view from the balcony. The compound is half grassy and we'll maintained also with some banana trees and the other half with pavers. The interior floor is made with Tiles. The gate to the house is wide enough for entry with cars.A few stairs towards the house entrance door which is key locked. At the very entrance to the house is the sitting room and dinning. To the right is a corridor which leads to the entire house.
