Architecturally designed and built in 2020 to complement its Georgian neighbour Hemington House and set entirely in it's own plot with parking and a walled garden, this townhouse sleeps 4. It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

A kitchen diner with sofa and breakfast bar that opens onto the private sunny garden plus a separate dining room and lounge with wood burning stove. With two double and single bedrooms, plus a full size comfy sofa bed and a roll top bath perfect for relaxing.

There is off-street parking and a secluded outside seating/viewpoint area.

A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Close to Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Lacock (Potter fans) Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. Easy drive to Cotswolds, the Dorset coast, Wales and Wye Valley.
