Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property just a 5 min drive to the centre of Roberts Creek & a 15 minute drive to the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Eagle Cliff is on the east side of Bowen Island facing north shore mountains and Horseshoe Bay. Our home is a 7-minute drive from Snug Cove towards Hood Point and is situated 80 feet above the waters edge. We are on the 281 bus route.
