A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. Gelegen tussen boswachterij Gees en het Mantingerveld, met vrij uitzicht over landerijen. Onze boerderij is in 2015 geheel nieuw gebouwd, wij wonen in het achterhuis en het voorhuis is ingericht als vakantie woning. 5 eigen parkeerplaatsen, een ruime tuin met terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. 1 slaapkamer op de begane grond met eigen badkamer, de andere 4 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping met gezamelijke badkamer.

Vanuit je bed kijk je de tuin of het bos in.
