The Happy House

Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We are truly HAPPY to have you be our guest!

Peaceful Getaway

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 minutes to Walmart. In between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both cities one hour away. Great to visit them & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. There is WI-FI and Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Guests can remain completely secluded or visit!

High Cotton Cottage

⚠️ Located close to a busy road. I provide sound machines and a fan. But if you’re a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs.⚠️ Enjoy a stylish experience at our cottage! This little house has lots of country charm with some glam in the mix. We’re centrally located in Columbia. We have a Barber shop in the parking lot. There’s restaurants right across the street. 10 minutes down the road is a golf course. 3 miles up the road is the river with scenic walking trails.

Whispering Woods

Whispering Woods is nestled in a wooded area just outside West Monroe. Updated home is located 5 miles from I-20, 10 minutes from the new West Monroe Sportsplex & close to many local attractions. It is a safe, comfortable place for those attending events at West Ouachita, West Monroe, ULM, and LA Tech. It is perfect for groups of 6 adults or less, with several children. Guests will find everything necessary for a quiet, relaxing, safe stay. Host is easily contacted if needed.

Rustic farmhouse combines old world charm with the modern conveniences under a high forest canopy. Step back in time and sit on the porch swing with a cup of coffee, or relax in the claw-foot tub for bath or shower. Early 1900's construction, renovated to add water and electricity. Reclaimed barn wood forms interior walls/ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen so you can bring food and stay in. Convenience of owners on-site but separate house with full privacy of the forest.

Riverside Retreat

With access to the mighty Boeuf River and a clear view of the starry sky at night, there is no better place to stay and relax, than the Riverside Retreat. Our new model 27 ft RV has one queen bed, with a Simmons Deep Sleep mattress and high thread count bedding, plus the sofa and dining table turn into sleeping areas as well. We have rural wifi for the TV and your devices, as well as board games for when you want to disconnect.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, about 10 minutes from Winnsboro, 10 minutes to Big Lake, 25 minutes to Delhi, and 45 minutes to Monroe! This home is located on a small back road, giving you a quiet place to relax for your stay! With all new appliances and all of your amenities! This home is only 3 years old and the perfect place to stay for a night or two!

James’ Cabin

Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.

Quiet secluded and quaint two bedroom barn loft

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!
