The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

The home is 1/2 mile from cedar hill market and 3 miles from Moors! Dock is accessible by boat during summer pool (Memorial-Labor Day). Water levels vary, it is controlled by TVA.
