This private room with bath and kitchen is attached to my house by a front wall, roof, and back deck, although there is no common wall. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one. Peacock Hill is just that, a hilltop getaway with beautiful views of the hill country. Day or night you overlook Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. Peacocks, 4-horn sheep, miniature horses, turkeys and chickens roam the property. We also have a hiking trail around the perimeter of the 8 acres.
