Our two rooms have traditional box beds and can sleep up to 10 (4 in one room, 6 in the other), each with Ensuite and an extra wet room. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining, lounging area surrounding a wood burner. We have secure parking, free laundry facilities and WIFI . Our location is stunning and full of wildlife. North Walls Kirk, situated on the picturesque island of Hoy, has been lovingly renovated to provide an extensive and unique self-catering property. Work has been done with minimum conflict to its original purpose and with the retention of many of the original features. The spectacular gothic arched windows mean that the space is bathed in light of a particular quality giving an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. Furnishings have been selected to compliment this unique style and environment.

The Old Smiddy, Huna, John O'Groats

Close to the village of John O' Groats and on the North Coast 500, the Old Smiddy (an old blacksmith's cottage) has been beautifully restored into a modern home, while keeping many of its original features. The cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms (both en-suite) and has a fold-away camp bed for use by a small child. The cottage offers beautiful sea views across the Pentland Firth to the Orkney Islands and is the perfect base for exploring Caithness, Sutherland and Orkney.

BERRISCUE HOUSE - ENTIRE COTTAGE - THURSO

Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach. Everything you need for a cosy Scottish retreat! If booking the same day after 6pm please message as it may still be possible to book. If you require the extra bed in the living room, you must tell us in your initial message so we know to prepare this for you.

Pentland View Caravans-Victory

The Victory Baywood is a beautiful holiday home with double glazing and central heating. The main bedroom has full size king size bed with en suite toilet and hand basin. The twin room has full size single beds and there is also a pull out double bed in the lounge. The shower room has a large shower with toilet and hand basin. The spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area is equipped with full size cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and smart tv.
