My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

A private and peaceful retreat, positioned among lush gardens in the quiet area of Rye. Large windows in each room offer plenty of natural light and greenery. The place sleeps up to 4 people with modern bathroom, open plan living area and kitchenette with coffee and tea, washing machine, ducted air-conditioning and heating and complimentary Wifi. Less than 10-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and 20-minute walk to front beach (Tyrone Foreshore) or back beaches of Rye (Number 16 Beach).

Self contained suite on ground floor of residence, own entrance, in quiet residential street, no sharing of facilities with owners. Sitting room with TV, DVD/discs. Bedroom with QS bed, outside deck with BBQ. Provisions for light Continental breakfast provided for first 3 days, fridge/freezer, electric frypan, 2-zone cooktop and microwave in kitchenette. No oven. WiFi. All linen supplied. 6 min walk to town, not much further to beach. Set in quiet garden surroundings. Free street parking.
