Surrounding this rustic cottage and adjacent main house are 2.5 acres of manicured gardens, orchards, vegetable garden, paddocks & dams.

The Lily Pad, Warburton

The Lily Pad is a cosy architect-designed, self-contained luxury villa, cantilevered over a tranquil billabong. Sit on the deck under a canopy of stars, serenaded by frogs. Enjoy a picnic beneath the magnolia tree. Renovated in Oct 2024, it features an ensuite kitchen & bathroom, with access to the surrounding 3.5-acre property. Down to Earth Farm Retreat - The Burrow

Set on a private and peaceful 130 acre property just 10 minutes from the town of Bairnsdale, the Burrow has been built underground. The roof is a garden. The Burrow is light and airy and naturally well insulated. The floor to ceiling windows allow guests to view the natural environment and enjoy the night sky. The Burrow provides an opportunity to experience unique, eco-friendly earth-sheltered living and guests may walk on the property to see farm animals and native wildlife.

We hope you love our place, which has a beautiful rural environment that gives easy access to forest tracks, lakes, and beaches. Our 2-bedroom accommodation is in a tranquil rural location, five kilometers from Lakes Entrance. Across the road is Colquhoun Forest, with excellent walking and cycling tracks. A private wing of an established mud brick home, you'll particularly enjoy the charming courtyard and front area that gets the morning sun.

Private garden bungalow

Enjoy a relaxed and private stay in this artistic and cosy rammed earth bungalow. Set in a peaceful garden on the edge of the township of Mansfield, you are close enough to town to easily walk but still have the feeling of space and serenity. PLEASE NOTE: there is no television or wifi in the bungalow. There is a small kitchen which includes fridge, kettle, toaster, electric hotplate, microwave oven and there is access to a Weber barbeque
