Friendly town nestled at the base of the Chugach Mountains near the end of Turnagain Arm. Walking distance to Girdwood Townsite and Alyeska Ski Resort. Ride the Free Shuttle to take in many sights of the area such as; Crow Creek Mine, Double Musky Inn, Chair 5, Alyeska Hotel, Seven Glaciers at the top of the tram and many other hiking trails to use in the vicinity. Three decks to enjoy nature and take in the sounds of the river nearby. A jetted tub to soak your feet in at the end of the day.

Situated at the base of Mt. Alyeska in picturesque Girdwood Alaska, Alpine Apartment is a luxurious rustic modern space with sweeping mountain and forest views. Its located in a quiet setting just steps away from all the action at Alyeska Resort and many other great Girdwood attractions. The large 1-BR 1-BA space can sleep/entertain 6 people comfortably. It includes a spacious front patio area complete with Hot Tub!! Perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying one of Alaska's unmatched sunsets.

Cozy Tiny House with Loft in Woods

This tiny, cozy house in the woods. Open the window to sounds of birds and nearby California Creek. Watch for the occasional passing moose. The couch on the main floor pulls out to a full size bed. In the loft, a queen size bed offers guests plenty of privacy. Enjoy a short walk to local restaurants, bars, coffee shop, laundromat and post office. Ours is a private home. We are a working family with kids and dogs. Although legal in Alaska, please keep all marijuana products in your vehicle.

Spacious Mountainside Studio

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

360 degree Mountain Views! New Construction and walking distance to Girdwood Brewing! Girdwood is the perfect destination to enjoy hiking, biking, skiing and we are the gateway to the Kenai Peninsula for world class fishing. About 35 minutes out of Anchorage, you will feel like you are worlds away. You are "IN" the mountains here, surrounded by rivers, creeks, streams and abundant wildlife. We often have moose and bears in the yard. Our apartment is a one bedroom/ one bathroom unit.

Studio condo at the base of Alyeska. Wake up and walk downstairs to enjoy a delicious Bake Shop breakfast. Spend an adventurous day on the mountain or take a relaxing stroll through the small town of Girdwood. End the day with a drink and appetizer at the Sitzmark while listening to fun, local music. The Murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

5 min walk to Flattop Trailhead! Aurora! Sauna!

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Carriage House's Cozy Timberframe Cottage-Tecumseh

"Tecumseh's Stall" is named after the beautiful steel grey Percheron draft horse that once lived on property. This is one of 4 cottage/apartments in a small Boutique property "Carriage House Accommodations" This luxury, craftsman style cottage is 350 sq. ft. with a King bed in the bedroom, full bath, double leather futon, smart TV and kitchenette. All guests have year-round access to a timber frame gazebo and hot tub, and other seasonal amenities.

Stylish studio condo, open concept: no separate bedroom. The room has 1 king bed, murphy bunk beds (2 single beds), and a queen sofa bed with a full kitchen (everything to cook a large meal). Perfect for a couple or small family. Located a short 2 minute walk to the chairlift at the base of Alyeska. This condo has everything you need to cook full meals, work remotely, and rest after a hard day of outdoor activities.

Girdwood Getaway

Brand new build, 3 bedroom townhome with 2 living rooms, 2 decks and a hot tub! Set up to be your home away from home and mountain retreat. 16 pair boot drier for ski/hiking gear, 86 inch theater TV in basement, gas fire pit on rear deck, second living area on main level. This is our personal getaway so we've outfitted it with everything we like to have to enjoy our home away from home at Alyeska.
