Just a 5 minute stroll down to the end of the road is the quiet Wainui beach access way. Gisborne city is a convenient 8 minute drive away. We have a fully fenced large back lawn with a trampoline & playhouse for the kids. Kids toys, games available on request. The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Blue Dayz is a modern day bach with a large covered deck that connects the main living space to the bedrooms. The property is fully fenced with plenty of flat lawn space to fit your car, boat and play your favourite lawn game.
