Et sjarmerende hus fra 1800-tallet med god atmosfære. Eiendommen ligger vakkert ved sjøen med utsikt mot Ålesund og Sunnmørsalpene. Bare 15 min med bil fra Ålesund by og nærmeste flyplass, men er likevel et sted som gir ro i sjela. Utenfor hagen er det dyrket mark med beitende dyr på sensommeren. Selve øya Giske er en perle med marmorkirke fra middelalderen, badestrender, uberørt natur og fugleliv. Øya huset i sin tid Norges mektigste adelsfamilie, Arnungene og er nevnt i Snorre sagaen.

Leilighet i 1.etasje, med to soverom, eget bad og inngang. Tilgang til terrasse og hage med utsikt over fjord og fjell. Gåavstand både til sentrum og til Aksla viewpoint. Stille område. Enkelt kjøkken med kjøleskap, stekeplater, mikrobølgeovn og vannkoker. Begge soverommene har dobbeltseng, så passer for inntil 4 personer. Gratis parkering ved inngangen. Huset ligger i en noe bratt bakke. Flyplassen er ca 20 minutters kjøretur unna.

Holiday home at Ulla, Haramsøy

A pearl in the sea gap! Newly renovated farmhouse from 1894 which has retained its unique charm and old style :) The house is located on Ulla, Haramsøy (Haram municipality), with the sea as its nearest neighbour. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
