The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

There is a comfortable and confidential terrace available and we have build a swimming pool with a wonderfull view of the lake. My home is a small nest with an enchanting view of Lake Como. It is very new, totally refurbished in july 2020. Modernly equipped, smart TV, air conditioning, new kitchen and new stuff. It is very closed to Perledo Center, with all the service available: market, postal service, pharmacy, bar restaurant at 400 mt. Private parking available.
