Modern Mt. Baker - Glacier Cabin

Newly built, contemporary Mt. Baker Ski area cabin in great neighborhood. Enjoy a wood fire in the spacious, open concept living room/kitchen. This private, comfortable and cozy cabin is finished with quality materials and will make you want to come back again and again, we didn't want to leave. The bedroom features a king size memory foam bed that will remind you of a luxury hotel. The bathroom bathroom boasts a custom tile shower and heated floors to keep your feet cozy in the morning. In the kitchen, we chose all stainless steel appliances and have stocked it with quality cookware so you can cook your own gourmet meals. Or, you can go to one of the local bars/restaurants in the small town of Glacier, just up the road. In the living room, there is a wood stove that keeps the entire cabin super warm with minimal effort and for entertainment, there is a digital media player with tons of movies already loaded (or you can bring your own on a USB drive) and an ipod dock for music. In the summer, enjoy our large deck after a solid hike or mountain bike ride and if you have relatives with a camper, we have a perfect level parking spot with power and water. For additional guests, the couch folds into a very comfortable full size bed with all of the appropriate bedding. We do want to keep the guest number to 4 people so the place stays nice for everyone. There is a washer and drier for your laundry needs, as well as a drying rack by the wood stove for your mountain gear. in the winter, Glacier is great for downhill skiing, world class powder at Mt. Baker, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. What people are discovering more and more, is all of the recreation possibilities in Glacier in the summer. Hiking, Mt. Biking, rafting, kayaking and dirt biking are just the beginning.

The Forest Hermitage of Turtle Haven Sanctuary

The Forest Hermitage is part of Turtle Haven Sanctuary nearby and has a specific purpose of providing inspiration and retreat for artists, writers, naturalists, and those drawn to stillness and inner contemplation, in need of rest, and renewal. The two-story structure is located in a forest grove on several wooded acres, across the road from a view of the Nooksack River and valley. This Pacific Northwest corner is renowned for its spawning salmon in season, abundant eagles, and other wildlife.

Rustic Retreat

Quiet, private, secluded home on 25 acres of forested land. The home was built from logs milled on site. Enjoy filtered spring water, natural light, stargazing, & views of the tops of Mount Baker and the Sisters on a clear day. Owls and Elk can be heard during the evening hours at certain times of the year. Heat is provided by a wood stove and 3 space heaters. Mount Baker is 1 hour away; Bellingham is 30 minutes. Well-behaved, house trained, and supervised pets are welcome with a per pet fee.

Its a hidden gem of the Pacific North West, nestled near Lake Whatcom on the outskirts of Bellingham, its a sleepy neighborhood hidden in the middle of the woods, minutes away from the lake, marina, golf course, parks and lots of trails. Close to Galbraith mountain 20 min from downtown Bellingham where you will find great restaurants, breweries, and fun places to hang out.

The Loft

Come relax at the Loft at Windberry Farms! The place offers stunning views of the mountain and beautiful sunsets. There is a patio for sitting and BBQing. We have a large hot tub with rain cover for use all year long. The main event during summer is obviously the pool! A 9ft deep salt water pool with loungers and other seating. We have towels available and a pool house for changing with a washroom.

The River Cabin

This two story 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home is a great base to explore the mountains. Home features living/dining area open to kitchen, including a gas fireplace, a big screen monitor with Roku streaming, and all bedrooms have queen size beds. Outdoors you will discover a charcoal grill, a large picnic table, and a hot tub. The home is a short walk to the river and hiking trails close by.

Located in the Glacier Springs neighborhood it’s only a few miles from the National Forest boundary and 20 miles to the Mt Baker Ski area. Explore our neighborhood trails along Canyon Creek or take a short drive and choose from dozens of mesmerizing hikes in the National Forrest.

Cottage on Cornell Creek

Looking for a place to experience "social distancing"? This quiet, cozy house is located on Cornell Creek Road at mile post 31 of the Mount Baker Highway between Maple Falls and Glacier, Washington about 25 miles from Artist's Point and the Mt. Baker ski area. Pets are OK if well behaved.
