The bungalow is set back behind another home on a long private driveway, which is one of its best features. There is excellent off-street parking with plenty of space for a boat, caravan, trailer or multiple vehicles, a huge bonus this close to the marina.

Our apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good sized balcony, so great for families or two adults/couples sharing. 2nd bedroom can be configured as 2 king singles beds or a super king. Also has a dedicated workspace with high speed internet, printer, monitor etc for work trips and an additional folding stretcher bed for an additional small adult/child if needed.

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.

Turkey Beach is a nice and quiet fishing village, about 1/2 hour from nearest business center. There is lots to do if you are not just fishing. There is 4 wheel drive tracks for a little bit of exploring in the area. Little beaches to relax. Bbq areas and a park.
