Take a break, unwind and enjoy all this lake has to offer. Bring your kayaks or small boats and enjoy miles of fun. Due to the dam being repaired levels are low. Photos are accurate level. If the water is not for you bring your bikes and take advantage of the low traffic roads with beautiful nature scenery. Shopping is only 11 miles away (20 mins). West Branch outlet mall, Walmart, Aldi’s and restaurants. Internet. No cable. Streaming apps accessible. Up to 3 Kayaks available upon booking.

Located on Secord Lake, approx 815 sq acres in beautiful Gladwin County. Anglers can expect to find a variety of fish including Black Crappie, Bluegill, and Largemouth Bass to name a few. In 2020 the Edenville dam on Wixom lake failed, draining the lake & returning it to the river it was 97 years ago. This house now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient stumps & emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it, ready for you to explore. You'll love the breathtaking sunset views in this newly remodeled bungalow with room to gather with friends and family.

You can visit one of the nearby rivers where you can fish, kayak, canoe or tube. If hiking is your things visit a nearby nature preserve. Home is also located near ATV and snowmobile trails and hunting preserves. When the water returns home boast 280 feet of waterfront on a canal leading out into Wixom Lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Michigan up north getaway. Located in the middle of the woods on Wixom Lake in Beaverton, MI. ***Water to come back in 2027. This house sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open floor plan and room for everyone to gather in one location. Private road takes you to this secluded location in the woods. Come enjoy the beautiful Michigan fall colors from mid September to early November!
