A 5 minute walk to the beach, this beautiful bungalow is a short walk (5 min) to the beach. To watch a rocket launch, simply step outside into the private yard. All the amenities you will need for a beach vacation on the space coast are provided from beach chairs and towels to full sized washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Welcome to the newest addition to The Riverview! Built in 1937, this historic home still has plenty of charm, but everything in this two bedroom, one bathroom house was renovated in January, 2022: New floors, glass shower, butcher block countertops, appliances, and furniture! Located on quiet, conveniently located Riverview Drive (east of US1), everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer is just a short walk away.

The Rivers Edge is located on the Eau Gallie River in Melbourne FL. Enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can enjoy yourself while seeing the best of Florida's wildlife at a historic residence. We are 3 miles from the beach, 2 miles from the Melbourne airport and close to several breweries. Dock space available for boats & we have kayaks you are welcome to use.
