A 1,700 sqft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sofa bed and couch, large outdoor deck, hot tub, grill, 50 feet of lake access. Enjoy the morning sunrise from the East and relax by the waterfront and watch the sunset on the West. Bring the family and enjoy some lake life where the days linger on longer. During the Summer months we have a pier available to fish off of. There are two fire pits, one by the lake and another tucked away near the house. You will love it here, it is very calm and relaxing.

There are 4 bedrooms offering an array of accommodations as well as a couch with a pull-out queen bed. If you like to cook, our new kitchen is amazing! There is a fireplace room with a lovely view outside, a laundry room and a TV with cable, a DVR, and streaming apps like Netflix. WIFI is available. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Ranch Style home in a quiet Neighborhood. You will feel at home and comfortable! The home is well maintained and very clean. In the winters you could cozy up to a nice fire upstairs and relax with a glass of wine. Downstairs is a second fireplace you have going and play a game of pool. In The summer you can enjoy the three seasons room, with looking a cup of coffee and look at the planted flower garden. Close to the Wauwatosa village down town. Even closer to Elm Grove Village.

This 1890 apartment is a unit in our first home and we have loved getting to know the neighborhood and hope you do too! This unit was recently updated and kitchen remodeled by a Magnolia Network designer. It is just a block away from one of the best views of downtown and the Kadish Park and is a great place to be close to all the action but without the traffic and noise of downtown. We are happy to provide recommendations for things to do and/or restaurants/bars to hit up.
