Private suite in a cozy 1926 duplex cottage in the historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Front and back porches. Great for arts & culturally-inclined seeking peace and quiet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Bayou Lake House on Lake Hamilton

Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset in this spacious Lake Hamilton home. The house is conveniently located to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.

Enjoy a peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is yours to explore with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. The property extends on both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is perfect for a family or group. It is themed with cozy bear décor that gives a homelike feel. There is a king size bed and TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom includes 2 twin size beds and a TV. The living room has a pull out sofa with queen size mattress. A queen size air mattress is available for extra guests. This cabin has all the amenities needed for a getaway. It includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and smart TV's.

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.
