You've found the one! A large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room house with a large deck. The best choice in town for a family or group as the beach is only a 1 min walk or you may want to enjoy a beer on the expansive lawn out the front of the Surf Club whilst the kids play on the sand. Read a book in the sun, have a hit of tennis, take a stroll along the 90 mile beach - you may find you have the whole beach to yourself! Do as much or as little as you like right in the heart of Seaspray.

We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! When its raining and bleak in Melbourne, close your eyes and picture winter sun at Eagle Point.

Nestled just a stone's throw from the ocean, our newly renovated retreat offers the perfect blend of views, comfort and coastal charm. Offering the master bedroom and two bathrooms, see and hear the waves breaking onto the sand! Peaceful, spacious, beautifully decorated with an enclosed yard to ensure your fury friend has a secure place to play. Take one of two paths directly from the front gate to the beach, and only 600 meters walk to the The Lake Tyers Beach Tavern & General Store.

Swan Cove Garden on Beach

Please note the vehicular ferry is out for maintenance from Nov 10 til Dec 7. During this time we can collect you from the passenger ferry. Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.
