Short path to oceanfront complex’s secluded beach area with sandy promenade for leisurely strolling and sun worshipping. One room suite sleeps 4 (with pullout sofa). Well-equipped kitchenette. Lots of other amenities. One dog (60 lbs. max) OK with $75 fee. Sorry, no cats. For larger groups, we have additional condo units next door. This spacious two-bedroom condo features large bedrooms, a galley kitchen, and two full baths. Sleep well in the four-poster king bed, or lounge on the couch in the open living space. Big closets, two full baths, and a separate work space! Surface parking and in-unit laundry. The community also offers a pool, fitness center, grills, and tennis/pickleball court. Biking distance to the beach! We welcome your pets with a $50/pet fee. (Long-term guests with pets: $250 refundable deposit.)

This townhome is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked with a dining area with seating for six. Private back patio with seating. Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a coin laundry facility on property. Community pool on the property is opened seasonally. Please inquiry for pet policy.
