There is a large Alfresco and some private garden, a designated parking space adjacent. Located 1 km ( as crow flies) from the beach. Locally there are play parks, a lake, sports fields. A short drive away there are several Golf Courses, including Secret Harbour

A travel cot & high chair is available for families along with baby plates etc. We reside in the rest of the multi story home upstairs.
