Goldfield House: the FamousTex Rickard House.

The Tex Rickard House is the perfect choice for your stay in Goldfield! This house was built in 1907 for Tex himself. He was the promoter for the world famous boxing match between Joe Ganns and "Battling" Nelson that lasted 42 rounds. it is the most charming house in Golfdfield and was built to a higher standard then any other house left standing after the fire of 1923. It has been beautifully restored by the owners and is quite comfortable with all the amenities you will need.

This adorable studio gives you that "step back in time" feel. With an original Goldfield antique bed*, small kitchenette, and a bathroom with a reclaimed barn door, this unit promises a charming and comfortable stay. *The mattress on this bed is a high quality brand name mattress but is very soft. Some may find it uncomfortable because of its softness. Others enjoy its softness. If you prefer a more firm mattress, you may want to choose Rosie's Room for your stay.

Eclectic desert home

BOOK TWO OR MORE NIGHTS AND GET A DISCOUNT! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unique home sleeps up to 4 people and is known as the John Paul House. Lots of windows and natural light with views of the town. Goldfield has a great history and has many places to explore. The International Car Forest is walking distance. Most of our guests are just passing through, the biggest regret they have is that they did not stay another night to explore this little known desert gem.

Queen bed in each room and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. Goldfield has a great history and has many places to explore. Shady Lady Bed and Breakfast- Willow Tree Cabin

Willow Tree Cabin offers a complete private cabin experience- queen sized log frame bed, private kitchenette, private entrance and front porch, and a full sized private bathroom with a large walk in shower. The Cabin has immediate access to our pool (open all year but water is cold in the winter) and front door gorgeous vista of the Butte Mesa ridge line. We do have a large out door Jacuzzi on the property.
