A Place like home Welcome to our newly renovated landed property located in the peaceful and secure neighborhood of Taman Cuepacs Sri Segambut. Our 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom unit is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for families, leisure or business travelers. With brand new furnishings, beddings, and appliances, our property offers a home-like experience, a perfect home away from home. Our unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.

Bright and Newly Renovated Home with Lush Greenery

Our home is located in a suburban area just 20 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city center. Taman Melawati is one of the last neighbourhoods that still have massive green spaces in Kuala Lumpur. Our home is surrounded by the world's longest quartz ridge. This neighbourhood is populated by mostly elderly people and young families. Our home is not a gated property but there is an hourly patrol by security guards. There are also hidden gems of cafes and nature spots in our neighbourhood.
