River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

This 2-bedroom (3 beds) 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. This hexagonal cedar home has a cozy lodge feel inside, with large window views of landscaped gardens including hundreds azaleas that bloom each spring. The family room and 3 bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto a wrap-around deck that brings the peacefulness of nature into the home. Rediscover relaxation!

Discover the gorgeous landscape in goochland Virginia where you get to see deer and foxes. I have 4 acres of land I live on my land. You're more than welcome to access the swimming pool in the spring and summer time it will be closed in fall and winter. Hot tub will be coming soon! I have goats and chickens that you can walk up and pet. Along the woods are blackberries that bloom from june to July your more then welcome to pick them. I have dogs that stay in a fenced area when let outside.

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.
