Our space is in a small but fantastic town, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Located in the heart of downtown Paxton, IL it puts you close to shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes from the Rantoul sports complex and 30 minutes from the University of Illinois Campus. Arnie’s Place is a perfect place for a couples get away, girls trip, small gatherings, a few nights stay for sporting events, a quiet place to relax and unwind.

Historic Cabin Hideaway: Woods & Charm

The Rayburn House is one of the county’s few remaining examples of a single log-pen house. The front cabin is c. 1834 and a gable front style and the rear cabin is c. 1890. You'll love our cozy cabin with all it's rustic features while enjoying the modern upgrades within. 2 queen beds and a day bed with trundle will comfortably sleep 6. The large eat in kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs, whether your stay short or extended. Located just 15 miles from Purdue University!
