Welcome to The Cozy Townhouse located in Goshen. Centrally located to Middlebury, Nappanee, and Shipshewana, this will be the perfect place to settle down for the night. The property has a closed in backyard fence with a fireplace where you can enjoy your evenings. Whether you are staying with family or with friends this will be a great stay for you. Wake up and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with grounds from local coffee shop Main Street Roasters which is located in Nappanee. 40 minutes from ND.

An unforgettable stay awaits! Spectacular waterfront views from the home and guest deck, with outstanding amenities and accommodations, this is The Villa Goshen. Booking allows exclusive use of all guest bedrooms, common spaces on the main & upper floors, and the wooden guest deck area off the kitchen. No parties unless pre-approved. Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

Two bedroom and small office sitting area I’m Big on house keeping and my house rules being meet at all times Any items stolen Damaged or stained will be a $500 charge No pets , smoking ,Drugs or Guns in the unit this a Neighborhood watch community My Airbnb is setup for business workers and out of town travelers Only No Local guest Allowed Also the home is not setup for children at this time (sorry) Thank you

Feeling a bit more adventurous? Take a scenic walk on the Greenway or ride the bike trails.

We live next door on the property as well so if you need anything we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming house which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, weather it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.
