We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Hand-built by our grandfather in 1976 from Canadian cedar logs, [ˈkābɪn] holds a dear place in our hearts. We lovingly restored it in 2020 and are delighted to open its doors to nature lovers and the style savvy seeking a peaceful respite. With sweeping views across the traditional lands of the Taungurung people, your only task is to relax and enjoy the view, sip a wine by the fire, take a bath or read a book. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

More than just a place to stay — Mittagong Talia is a 54-acre secluded bush escape beside Reedy Creek in Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park 30mins from Beechworth, designed to help you switch off and unwind. Soak in the outdoor bath, enjoy the stillness of the bush and relax by the fire with a boardgame or a book. Sleeps up to 6. Best suited to couples and adults. Due to the natural bush setting, creek, uneven terrain and wood fire, it's not suitable for children under 12.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance. The cottage also has a wood fire for romantic and warm evenings in. Breakfast ingredients included. * Please note we do have another cottage with a spa bath that you can book separately.

Pete's Alpine Studio 3

Comfortable and eclectic, this self contained one bedroom studio (one of three) has been built almost entirely from recycled materials. Located at Alpine Ridge, in the heart of the high country and just 4 kilometres from the base of Mt Buller, it is perfectly located for exploring this pristine area. Suitable for people who love the mountains and everything that goes with it. Two other studios are also available.

Westley's Cottage

Cosy log cabin situated at the base of the beautiful Warby ranges. This off the grid solar powered cottage is located in the Glenrowan wine region only 20 minutes drive from Wangaratta/Benalla,15 minutes from Winton Speedway and 10 minutes from Winton Wetlands Lovely secluded location and outlook over working farm. Ideal for couples wanting a peaceful getaway. Excellent log heater and ceiling fans.

"Woodbury Cottage" - in beautiful garden setting

For a beautiful relaxed change of scenery come to Woodbury Cottage. Go for long walks, enjoy the many delicious cafes and restaurants in the area or stay in with a good book in the bay window. Watch the passing kangaroos, say hello to the nearby sheep and listen to the amazing morning birdsong. It's also a great base for visiting the beautiful Macedon Ranges.

The Cabin at Kevington, on the Goulburn River

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.
