Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Queen size bed, modern furnishings, a functional kitchen, BBQ facilities and good wifi will ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Cortes Cabin

Welcome to ‘Cortes Stays’. Newly built off-grid cabin nestled by the Ovens River on our 100 year old Walnut Grove. Bathe outside in the outdoor bath, or use the purpose built steps that will take you down to the river's edge. Wander around the farm and over to another swimming spot, where you’ll find kayaks and a canoe for you to use. A large window at the end of the bed allows you to stargaze at night or watch the water flow by as you rest and charge your batteries.

Dogtrot House offers a unique holiday experience with its own dam, but only minutes from Lake Eildon. The House sleeps 4 in 3 bedrooms, and you can also rent the on site Water Cabin, separately listed, to increase your numbers.
