Casa T with amazing views

The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

Our renovated apartment is a second-generation family-owned passion project that opened in 2022! Part of a 1-acre property, it has a large garden, on-site parking and solar-powered hot water. Its central location (7km to Corfu town) makes it the perfect base for people looking to explore the island - no windy roads here. Steps away from a bus stop, you are a ride away from many beaches & historical sites. The closest beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants & doctor are all within a 5 min. walk.

Downstairs there is a small shower bathroom, adequate kitchen and a comfortable living room space. The rustic setting draws you outside. The trees, the flowers, the hammock, the picnic table, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. It is stunning. "Just like a fairytale". Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Villa Xenonerantzia, is located 10 km from Corfu town and the airport, 3 km away from Gouvia village, in central Corfu. It is on a hill, with a marvelous view of the sea and the old town. Our Villa Estia (92m2) is placed directly in wonderful Paleokastrista. The Sea view on Platakia bay and the port Alipa make this house a special place to be. Two bathroom, two bed room, a modern open fully equiped kitchen and a combined living and dining room with fireplace - all new made in 2018 - guarantee the best comfort for your stay. The house is for 4 - 6 persons, The sofa bed can be used for another 2 persons.
