Rest and refresh at our cozy cottage with private beach, large deck, and gas fireplace in a peaceful country setting. The Haven Cottage offers 1 bedroom with a king bed + a loft with two twin beds. Sleeps 4. Spend the day on the private beach or kayaking the lake, then enjoy sunsets on the deck overlooking the lake. 40 Minutes to Grand Rapids for a day trip. 10 min to nearest city with all amenities including grocery, restaurants, movie theater, shopping and more. Enjoy your home away from home.

Charming tiny cottage with breathtaking views of Derby Lake. This cozy retreat is the ideal escape for couples seeking a romantic getaway or those seeking to embrace the minimalist lifestyle. For outdoor enthusiast the cottage is surrounded by an array of outdoor activities including hiking and bicycle trails, and fishing. Kayak rentals available! Enjoy a two mile walk around the lake which includes a wooden walking bridge. Relax on our large deck and savor the spectacular views of the lake.

Bass Lake Mama's House

Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Adorable studio type apartment separate entrance

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

If you love the outdoors, you'll enjoy this beautiful country view while being close to parks, trails, breweries, restaurants, shops, ice cream, and the Rockford dam. Unlimited firewood for on-site use during your stay.

Waterfront Cottage w/Pontoon, Paddle Boat & Kayaks

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, Swan Cottage is a fully renovated vacation rental that sits directly on Lake Wabasis with 65' of private shoreline. Swan Cottage includes the exclusive & complimentary use of a 20' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle boat & 70' dock w/platform from May through October, weather permitting. (All watercraft/docking equipment stored away the rest of the year).
