You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Mit dem Auto sind Sie in wenigen Minuten direkt auf dem Berliner Ring oder im Zentrum von Oranienburg. Wir sind gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten eine komplette, offene Wohnküche mit separatem Essbereich, einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Schlafbereich, perfekt für 2 Personen sowie ein modernes Duschbad. Aufbettung möglich. Eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit ist nicht vorhanden.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
