Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10.45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. ⏰ Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, let us know in advance; late arrivals incur an additional fee depending on the time: -MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8pm to 12am :40 € from 12am: 60€ SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS Until 8pm: 30€ from 8pm: 60€. Payment must be made in cash at check-in. ⏰ Check-out Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If there’s no new booking for the day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until your departure; let us know if you need a late check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants.
