Welcome to our charming apartment, a warm and cozy retreat located in the old, most beautiful part of Vis – Kut. Surrounded by stone houses, quiet little streets, this is a place where you can truly slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of island life. Everything you need is just a short walk away – the nearest beach is only 5 minutes from the apartment, while lovely restaurants, cafés, a grocery shop, ATM, and a rental agency (car, bike, scooter) are just 2 minutes away.

House Bava is an old stone Dalmatian house located in the heart of Old Town Vis, by the words of previous owners no one lived in the house for more than 70 years . In 2019 we have completely renovated the house and opened it for you, our dear guests. While renovating, we have tried to keep the original charm (even some pieces of furniture). Located few minutes walk distance from ferry stop, situated in a small quiet street House Bava is the ideal place for your vacation.

Our cottage is in the Fields of Grace Vineyards in a peaceful valley with small vineyards, where you will enjoy peace and nature. It is a fully-equipped and stylish home, and only 5-min's drive to the town center. You will have a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.

Pine forests, olive trees, blue crystal clear sea, and singing crickets are the treasures of this quiet bay. Being away from the crowds. Welcome the the HOUSE.PIKO This beautiful Off-grid, standalone house is located 10m to the beach, where sound of the sea relaxes and gives a special touch to your holiday. Large terrace, and barbecue with sea view makes it ideal for summer relaxing days and nights with your family and friends.The setting of the house is remote and serene, a quiet refuge from everything, free from distractions.

Apartment Kut

The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.

This newly renovated studio apartment is situated on a very quiet location within a private garden, just a few steps away from the sea.
