The cottage is located directly on the water in the Milna bay on the island of Vis. It has an open, 280 degree view to the ocean, and swimming right in front of the house. The adjacent garden hugs the end of the bay and is again located on the water. It has spectacular views and several areas set up for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, etc. The cottage can sleep up to 4 people. It has one bathroom, two bedrooms, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, extra large wrapped terrace with patio furniture

Few minutes walking distance from the ferry, just meters from the sea, our house offers the high quality and well organized space for up to 4 persons. Centrally located in the center of Vis, it is very close to great amenities like restaurants, waterfront, beach, bars and even the world's unique "Mvsevm" place. House is not suitable for kids and toddlers.

Villa Roca

This modern villa is situated in a private settlement called Ženka, located in the southeastern part of the charming, beautifully green island of Vis. The location of this villa provides absolute privacy, as it is on one of the quiet parts of the island with no hotel complexes and resorts. The villa is located directly by the sea. The garden leads into a stony beach where there is comfortable access to the sea down steps leading from the dock.

Villa Vento - built in 1780

This villa was built in the 18th century, situated on a small seafront square in the centre of Vis town. The villa is styled with eclectic furnishing. From the front windows there is a beautiful view of the sea. It is close to restaurants, shops, bars and fish market. Villa Vento consists of two houses conected with the lovely paved garden with orange and lemon trees and a svimming pool. It includes al fresco dining and lounge area.

You will have a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. It is a fully-equipped and stylish home. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.
