The approximately 150 square meters large and thus very light-filled loft apartment with a gallery is situated in a detached house in a quiet yet central city location near Hönigschmidplatz. The decor is tasteful, modern and high quality (Rolf Benz leather sofa set, modern solid wood cabinets), new high quality fitted kitchen, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet, parquet and stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for sharing is found in the cellar. Due to the large kitchen and generous living room, it is very suitable for groups for up to 6 people. The apartment is centrally located in the district of Munich Grosshadern / Laim. A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds. Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.

Two minutes to the U4/U5, four minutes to the Theresienwiese. Made for one or two people who want to be central without sleeping in the noise. Worth knowing up front: fourth floor, no lift. In return you get a separate toilet.
