Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Camping on a Private Pond

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!
