Newly constructed (2025) upstairs apartment with amazing views and all new furniture and appliances. “This space accommodates adults only”. Take in the breathtaking views while enjoying an evening on your private patio complete with a BBQ and dining area. You’ll love it so much you’ll want to enjoy your gourmet coffee on the patio in the morning while watching the quail and wildlife awaken with the morning sunrise. Due to second story and stairs the apartment accommodates adults only.

Bessie's Place

Newly remodeled beautiful home with lots of space and extra big bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and the family room is also a big spacious room to gather family and friends in. This farm house has so many unique features with closets and space for everyone to feel comfortable in. The vents are shared with our permanent tenants. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on the property. If we smell it coming from vents there will be a 500$ fee and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Mesquite Retreat

The property sits a short distance from the town of Pima and is around a 17-minute drive from Safford/Thatcher. Rustic bohemian-style cabin featuring exposed rock and wood walls, concrete floors, and a carefully curated mix of new and antique decor and furniture. The cabin is surrounded by mesquite bosque and desert scenery and provides a private setting for relaxation and solitude. We are a non-smoking, no-pet property. There’s a $250 USD fee for those who smoke or arrive with pets.

Very large parking area to accommodate your off-road toys or large equipment if you are a contractor working at the mine in Morenci. Located just 10 minutes from the town of Duncan (restaurant, bar, grocery).

Vintage Little Pink Cottage

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

BRAND NEW HOT TUB This apartment feels like a home! It is extremely spacious and very beautiful. Everything is brand new. Built and completed 05/16/24. Everyone who comes won't want to leave. There is plenty of closet space, stocked sheets and towels, washer and dryer, and everything you'll need in the kitchen. All bedrooms have TVs including a 65", 58", and 40". The Living Room TV is 75". All TVs are smart tvs and you can hookup to your favorite streaming service.

Laurie's House

Laurie's House a studio small home with large bathroom and kitchen , is in a peaceful rural area. Ft Thomas is a very small town about 400 residents, on Hwy 70 in southeast Arizona. Mountain ranges on there sides, make for some specacular views. Nights are relatively cool, days are warm. Hiking, exploring backroads, ATV riding, mountain trips are all close by. Direct access to walking quiet desert walking areas. Interesting ancient archeological areas very close.

Gila Valley Retreat

Bring the whole family to the Gila Valley Retreat. This new house has it all. Places for the kids and the adults. Or for the commuter coming to the Gila Valley to work who is tired of the hotels. This place will feel like home. You will love sitting out back on the patio and in the winter around the fire pit. We have outdoor games, indoor games, records and books. Fun fact-- we wash ALL the bedding after each visit. We hope to see you soon!
