Close walk to Coral Beach

This newly renovated condo is located within a 5 minute walk to Coral beach, one of Grand Bahamas nicest beaches. There you can enjoy the sand, go for a swim or stop in at the restaurant for some local fish and a nice cold beverage. Allamanda court is also located within a 15-20 minute walk to Port Lucaya where you can find local shops, bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy golfing, The Reef golf course is close by. Should you choose to stay close, the pool on-site is a great way to relax

Haven Del Mar - Boaters Paradise w Starlink WiFi

This Grand Bahama Vacation Rental Home was recently renovated. All photos are from March 2022. We are located on the water, with no bridges and only a couple hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Haven is stylishly decorated with a West Indies Contemporary Vibe making it a warm cozy place to read, relax or sunbathe. She has a simple charm for both the beach goers and the sport fishermen. Pull your boat up to the dock or simply throw your bait in the water right out back at the landing.

This luxurious 4 Villas complex is located on Bell Channel Waterway in Lucaya. Each 4 bedroom 2 story unit has 3 1/2 baths, an office, garage, and views from all windows overlooking the Waterway. For boaters there are deep water slips available for lease and the docks are only minutes to the turquoise Bahamian sea. Scarborough is Bahamian canal living at its finest and a must see if you are looking for tastefully designed condominium with boat dockage and centrally located.
